What to Expect:

Each Camp will be highly competitive, aggressive, and super intense. You can expect to learn college and pro-level tips and techniques to further enhance your practice and game performance. You will be pushed to your limits physically and mentally in a very motivating and positively reinforced learning environment. Their will be a coach to player ration of 1:15, this will further enable each participant the opportunity to grow and learn to their fullest potential.

-Inside/Outside Zone Blocking techniques

-Seal Blocking techniques

-Reverse Shoulder Blocking techniques

-3-step pass Blocking techniques

-5/7 Step pass Blocking techniques

-Double team/Combo Blocking techniques

Defensive Lineman Will Learn:

-Bull Rush techniques

-Splitting Double Teams

-Trapping the Trapper techniques

-Defeating down block techniques

-Defeating Reach blocks techniques

-Defending the Draw and Retracing techniques

-3-step pass rush techniques

-5/7 step pass rush techniques
